Sincere thanks to my beloved Amma & Iya for having given me the world of opportunities and taught me the skills and knowledge to know my God, family, friends and nature. It's my extreme endevour to add to their good names they earned.

Rt.Rev.Dr.Thomas Soundranayagam, the Bishop of Jaffna. Taken after addressing the Alumni Association of St.Anthony's College, Kayts in which I was the Vice President at that time. I made the official addressing on behalf of the Association.

At a grand Award Ceremony organized by Mr.Nada R.Rajkumar, the CEO of Geethavaani Radio,

our poet honoured us all by being our Chief Guest and giving the awards. Kavipperarasu was here to attend Uthayan Vila 1999.

I received an Award for RADIO ANNOUNCING. I was also given a Gold Medal for hosting the Best Programme on Geethavaani

called 'KAVICHCHARAM' which offers tremendous opportunities for writers and poets who need recognition/encouragement.

The ceremony was held at Madras Mahal Restaurant, Toronto, Canada.
